The mind is a peculiar combination of various moods, temperaments, whims and fancies. The sages of yore designed various methods to control the mind, among them is the path of bhakti—devotion or unselfish love. Love for external things is an unconscious internal urge to become unified with everything.
Transmute emotion into devotion. We will look at the practices of Bhakti Yoga, the nine modes of reaching the Divine, it all its forms. A rich course full of tradition and culture. Leaves your mind calm and your heart happy.
