Gentle Yoga Class

Ease into the basic Sivananda class:

  • Receive more instruction and prepare with more warm-ups at a slower pace.
  • Tone and stretch.
  • Practice abbreviated breathing exercises to calm and balance the body and mind.
  • Modifications are available for the sun salutations, as well as all the postures. Adapt your practice.
  • Spend ample time in active relaxation between poses.

Build up your strength, flexibility and endurance gradually. Yoga is for every body.
