Gentle Yoga Class
Ease into the basic Sivananda class:
- Receive more instruction and prepare with more warm-ups at a slower pace.
- Tone and stretch.
- Practice abbreviated breathing exercises to calm and balance the body and mind.
- Modifications are available for the sun salutations, as well as all the postures. Adapt your practice.
- Spend ample time in active relaxation between poses.
Build up your strength, flexibility and endurance gradually. Yoga is for every body.
Duration: 90 minutes. Pre-registration required.
