The class meets five consecutive Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:00pm.
If you have completed Yoga 1–5 and want to go further, join us for more variations on the basic asanas, delve into the deeper benefits of the postures and immerse more fully in the philosophy. We will cover the classical four paths of yoga. Each practice supports the other on the path to peace of mind and fulfillment in life.
