Yoga 2 Course (5 sessions)

Course meets weekly for five weeks.
Building on the foundation laid in Yoga 1, this course gives the opportunity to build up a solid personal yoga practice, including the 12 basic postures and breathing exercises. Emphasis is placed on holding postures longer, and making smooth transitions between postures. Some variations of the basic postures are introduced. Training in the headstand is offered for those who are ready. This is an ideal refresher class for those who have lapsed in their practice. It is also suitable for experienced practitioners who are new to the Center. Please reserve early to secure your place.
