Meditation 1 Course (5 sessions)

Online participants will be sent a Zoom link at least an hour before the first class.

This 5-session course meets weekly on Fridays for 90-minutes sessions.

Regular practice of meditation can enhance your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being—and increase your immunity. Experience the benefits of meditation for yourself as you get to know your mind, do weekly short group practice and commit to daily personal practice on your own. Receive practical instructions in thought control, concentration, and classical meditation techniques. This course will provide useful tools for empowering you and improving your everyday life.

We will cover:

  • how to establish a personal meditation practice.
  • the power of thoughts and influence of the vast subconscious mind.
  • how to develop concentration and willpower.
Prerequisite

Completion of Positive Thinking Level 1 is recommended, but not required, as a preparation.
