Pranayama & Kriyas for Cleansing

Online registrants will receive a Zoom link at least one hour before the first class.

Purify the body with breath. Practice pranayama breathing exercises to improve mental and physical health, balance the two hemispheres of the brain, balance the two energies of yin and yang, balance emotions, and increase vitality for the body.
This workshop includes an introduction to the six Kriyas and how Asana and Pranayama assist nature in removing waste products from the body.

Experience theory and practice.

Ganga Chaitanya has been director of the Sivananda Ho Chi Minh Center in Vietnam since 2011. She completed the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) in 2009 and the Advanced Course at Yoga Farm, Grass Valley, CA in 2010. An Ayurveda and Yoga Health Consultant, she is also trained in the fields of Yoga Therapy and Yoga Psychology. She is a graduate of the 800-hour Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training (SYHET). With her strong teaching experience, she has been the main Hatha Yoga instructor for the Sivananda TTC for many years in Vietnam, as well as internationally.
