Concentration: the Master Key to Success in Life and Meditation
Four-session course offered online via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link at least one hour before the first session.
The ability to concentrate is not only essential for meditation, it is the key to success in any endeavor. Practicing concentration has many benefits. It strengthens the way we connect thoughts and ideas in the brain—making it easier to grasp difficult, complex or confusing concepts. Concentration energizes the mind, boosts efficiency and brings about serenity, insight and cheerfulness.
We will be practicing simple exercises to lengthen the attention span and enhance the ability to concentrate, which can boost the memory and benefit ones psychological health.
