Do you want to be healthier and happier? Forgiveness is for you—your well-being and healing. It does not mean condoning unkindness or excusing poor behavior. But it does mean that you may have suffered enough and can give yourself permission to move on. Everyone can learn to forgive—both themselves and others. Release guilt and resentments. There is a staggering need for forgiveness in our world today. We are grateful for the evidence-based research, clarity and enthusiasm of Dr. Fred Luskin on this topic.
