Saturday 5/10
6:00–7:15am Satsang (meditation, chanting and a short talk)
8:00am Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am Yoga Asana Class
12:00pm Vegetarian lunch and Karma Yoga
1:00–5:00pm Yantra Painting Workshop
6:00pm Vegetarian dinner
7:00pm Bharatanatyam Performance (classical Indian dance, $30 suggested donation)
Sunday 5/11
6:00–7:15am Satsang
8:00am Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am Yoga Asana Class
12:00pm Lunch
1:00pm Karma Yoga
2:00–4:00pm Afternoon Talk: Demystifying Meditation
5:30–7:00pm Satsang and Soup (optional)
