This course is inspired by Swami Vishnudevananda’s Five Points of Perfect Health. We will visit each one in detail with practical ways to build a healthier lifestyle. Yoga encompasses all these practices, each supporting the other in profound ways. Further, the interdependence of the body and mind and their reactions upon each other can easily be seen.

Positive Thinking and Meditation
