We practice yoga to progress in life. Yoga is not separate from life. It is possible to integrate the practices in our daily routine, no matter our conditions in life. We consider the five points: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation. Everyone has spiritual potential and everyone wants to evolve. Yoga brings about physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

6:00–7:15am Satsang (meditation, chanting and a short talk)
7:30am Light breakfast
10:00–11:30am Yoga Asana Class

3:00–5:00pm Vegan Thai Cooking Workshop
