Self-healing, as taught in the classical Vedanta tradition, has guided seekers for thousands of years. Mistaken perceptions, old patterns of self-doubt and a busy mind can cloud your natural state of peace. Calming the mind allows the light of Self-knowledge to shine through.
Many people find that, as this understanding dawns, stress reduces, inner confidence grows, and a deep sense of relief follows naturally.
