These themed sessions are intended to offer ongoing support for integrating Yogic teachings into daily life. Bring your questions from day-to-day interactions/reflections or sadhana practice.
The springboard for conversation will be mental/emotional stress. We will discuss some of the causes (and ways of addressing them):
8/22 – Lack of routine
8/29 – Family/Relationships
9/5 – Finances/High-pressure work
9/12 – Over-stimulation/social media
9/19 – Lack of prana
9/26 – Negative emotions
