With Swami Sitaramananda
IN PERSON OR ONLINE
A Zoom link will be sent to online registrants at least an hour before the event.
This workshop explores the transformative teachings of Sivananda Yoga and the power of thought in shaping our health, emotions, and daily experience. Drawing from the wisdom of Swami Sivananda, participants will learn how positive thinking, self-awareness, meditation, and disciplined living help cultivate inner strength, clarity, and peace of mind. Through practical exercises, reflection, and yogic techniques, the workshop offers tools to understand the mind more deeply, redirect negative thought patterns, and develop a more harmonious and uplifting approach to life.
