It is the sum total of all latent forces and powers which are hidden within us and which lie everywhere around us. Prana is the link between the astral and physical body. You can easily and quickly control and develop body, mind and soul through breath control and the control of Prana.

1:00pm Karma Yoga
2:00–4:00pm Pranayama Workshop with Swami Sivasankariananda
4:30–6:00pm Yoga Asana Class with Pranayama Focus
6:00pm Vegetarian dinner

2:00–3:30pm Boost Your Prana
