This workshop offers an introduction to the theory and principles of Classical Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, exploring how breath, posture, energy, and awareness work together to create balance in body and mind. Participants will gain insight into the traditional yogic understanding of prana, the vital life force, and learn how practices such as asana, breath regulation, relaxation, and concentration support physical vitality, emotional steadiness, and mental clarity. Through discussion, guided practice, and reflection, the workshop provides a deeper understanding of the purpose and transformative potential of Hatha Yoga as a path toward health, inner harmony, and spiritual growth.
