ONLINE Yoga 4 Course (5 sessions)

ONLINE COURSE WITH ATMASHANTI: The class meets five consecutive Saturdays from 10:30am to 12:00pm via Zoom (June 6–July 4). Registrants will be sent a link at least an hour before the first class.
If you have completed Yoga 1–3 and want to go further, join us for more variations on the basic asanas, delve into the deeper benefits of the postures and immerse more fully in the philosophy. We will cover the mechanics of the mind and how to develop the power of concentration. Each practice supports the other on the path to peace of mind and fulfillment in life.
