ONLINE Meditation 1 Course (5 sessions)

90 minutes each session

ONLINE COURSE via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link at least one hour before the first class.

Meditation is the key to achieving peace of mind in a panicked, stressful and often-competitive world, filled with endless temptations and “weapons of mass distraction,” not least, fears of COVID-19. Experience the benefits of meditation in just five sessions. Dynamic practical instructions are given in mind control, concentration, and classical meditation techniques. Regular practice will enhance mental, physical, and spiritual well being—and immunity. This course gives numerous practical tools for empowering you and improving everyday life.
