Description
You hold the seeds to better mental and emotional health in your hands. They may be found in the Yogic and Ayurvedic practices that support overall health and longevity. In this talk, you’ll learn the signs of true mental health and how to cultivate greater peace of mind, regardless of your external circumstances!
Process and digest your emotions. Intense emotional tension caused by feelings such as grief, anger, worry and fear can leave undigested residue in the system. The wisdom of Ayurveda can provide you with the keys to understand and “digest” your emotions.
Teacher
Mahavidya (Mary Thompson) has been teaching Ayurvedic principles and practice to others for over 20 years; she is an expert and a perpetual student of Ayurveda. For years, she supported practitioners, largely at the California College of Ayurveda. She now mentors and consults with practitioners around the world. She is on the faculty of the 800-hour Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training. She is an animated and humorous presenter.
