We could all use some nurturing. This course will cover philosophy such as:
• Who am I?
• the 5-kosha model
• Bhakti Yoga
• Working with prana (life force energy)
• Kirtan/Mantra chanting
• Compassionate communication
• Ayurveda
Plus a myriad of ideas and practices to brighten your day or give yourself a break—or consider adopting in a regular self-care routine. What does your heart yearn for? No one can fill that but you. Slow down. Start experimenting with practices right away and track your progress across the duration of the course. You deserve love. Actually, you ARE Love.
