Wellness Weekend: Working Through Grief
Friday, April 4, 2025 – Sunday, April 6, 2025 UTC+0

Any loss can spark feelings of grief, even the loss of a dream. The loss of a parent is unimaginable. Survivors of the recent, devastating fires surrounding Los Angeles may grieve the loss of a home, a neighborhood—and a community. The face of Pacific Palisades and Altadena has been changed forever. The trauma is real.
We must gradually find the courage to remain in the present moment and feel our feelings. Eventually, we can accept what is, and bear what may now seem unbearable. The path is unpredictable. Patience is required.
Follow a structured weekend. Engage in inner work, group work, mutual sharing and yoga practices to support personal healing. Enjoy one-on-one sharing. Let go deeply. You are not alone.
