Raw Vegan “Cheesecake” Workshop

A Zoom link will be sent to online participants at least an hour before the workshop.
Savitri is a French chef, who is visiting us at the LA Center. She often cooks for the Sivananda Ashram in Orléans, France. Her raw “cheesecake” is a crowd-pleaser and we would like to share the delight with you. It is lighter and healthier than a traditional cheesecake.
If you are able to come in person, participate in making one, and take home a small version to enjoy later (if it makes it home).
If you will be making yours from home, please collect the following ingredients to follow along:
1 cup dates
1 cup almonds
2 cups cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup or agave
2 ripe avocados
Savitri recommends you use a round springform pan.
