Elana Berman, MSW, CAS is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Psychotherapist who has helped hundreds of people in the US and abroad heal. She is the founder of Himalayan Wellness Center (www.ayurvedahealthclinic.com), which offers Ayurvedic consultations by phone, online and in-person. She works with LA County Department of Mental Health to provide holistic integrative treatment and mindfulness-based meditation to people suffering from severe and persistent mental illness. Elana completed her education at The California College of Ayurveda, UC Berkeley and USC. Her clinical practice includes both preventative healthcare and treatment of challenging diagnoses, such as autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. She also ignites people’s ability to heal using Marma Therapy (Ayurvedic acupuncture), pranic healing and reiki.
