Self-care is self-love. A half hour sit in this chair is required each day—device-free. Make time for yoga, healthy food, meditation and quiet time. Learn Ayurvedic daily routines to nurture all parts of you. We’ll even teach you how to make your own facial scrub. Experience restorative yoga and let yourself rest deeply. Experience peace of mind and access your intuition.

4:00–5:30pm Gentle Yoga Class
