Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious deep relaxation. Indeed, Yoga Nidra is a profound state of consciousness. Embark on a guided meditation and journey inside of your physical and subtle bodies. You will be astounded at what you can do to restore your energy and heal yourself.
Wear comfortable clothes. Collect a mat, pillows and blankets to set yourself up for maximum relaxation.
