ONLINE Mung Bean Burger Cookalong

Thai Mung Bean Patties
½ cup dry mung beans
¼ tsp asafoetida (optional)
½ cup chopped basil
½ cup chopped cilantro
4-6 kafir lime leaves (or additional lime/lemon zest)
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp paprika
1 inch ginger grated
1 cup kale leaves, packed (no stems)
1 carrot, shredded
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Zest of 1 lime
½ lime, squeezed for juice
Mango Cream
1 mango
1 Tbsp miso
1 ½ Tbsp tahini/sesame paste (or substitute whole seeds, sunflower butter or almond butter)
1 inch ginger, finely grated
