Hip Opening Workshop

Get a new perspective on mobility and stress management; stretch and release tension in the hips! Tight hip muscles can lead to misalignment of the hips and pelvis, and over arching of the lower back. “Hip opening” yoga poses can lead to immediate relief of this muscular tension and with practice lead to increased mobility and better posture (and a calmer mind). Join us to learn and practice hip openers in the context of a Sivananda open class.
Each person registering will need to complete a Student Agreement Form, which will be emailed as a fillable PDF. Be sure to return it to us before the class. (If you have taken class at our new location, or have a Mindbody account with us, we have your form on file.)
