WITH SWAMI SITARAMANANDA

Many of us are confused on what love is and what it is not. Our human condition is characterized by separation and we suffer from this separation and long for union with ourselves and others. When we practice self-less love we are happy, content, and filled with joy knowing we are one with all. Swami Sita has devised four truths about love and seven practices that help us cultivate self-less love in our lives. Join us as she discusses self-less love and how it can lead to self-healing.
