The Deeper Path of Holistic Health: Knowing the Self

Saturday, July 27, 2024 @ (PDT) 2:00 PM 4:00 PM UTC-8

Online registrants will receive a Zoom link at least one hour before the talk.

Holistic health practices are ultimately a path towards knowing the real you. In this two-hour talk, Swami Sita will speak on yoga’s ability to help guide practitioners towards Self-realization and, therefore, self-healing. The primary manifestation of disease occurs when we associate with negative thought patterns and allow the ego to guide our actions. Knowing the Self is the most powerful, deepest, truly lasting way of self-healing, because through the process of self-healing we become our own personal healers.
