With technology being a part of daily life, how do we retain our well being? What conscious actions should we take to mitigate its harmful effects? How do we build resiliency from the negative effects?
This informative and empowering workshop is designed to introduce you to the negative effects of screen-time and technology’s electromagnetic fields (EMFs), while giving you practical tips for building resiliency and wellbeing. Through education, you can learn how to mitigate the negative influences of technology for yourself, your family, and friends.

Lila Lolling is a longtime yoga practitioner, environmentalist, and yoga therapist. She has been affiliated with the Sivananda organization for over 20 years. She has a passion for educating people about the benefits of holistic living and reconnecting with nature and a natural lifestyle. She is author of Walking the Ancient Path of Yoga.
