Do you tend to have a grateful disposition? Do you look for the good in a situation? Do you notice the small things? Is the cup half full or half empty? You choose; it just takes practice.
When we are in tune, we see the connections, the lining up of seemingly random happenings, the serendipity of the moment. We marvel at the intricacies.
When we practice gratitude, we come to treasure even our biggest challenges, for they have made us who we are.
