Yogic Strategies for Addressing Trauma
Workshop with Nya Patrinos and Swami Sivasankariananda
Who are we without the trauma? In our attempts to protect ourselves from pain, we can end up depriving ourselves of the very positivity and nurturing we seek. Discover the role of the nervous system in trauma and how to cultivate balance through yoga and yoga philosophy. Fire the critic. Some simple concepts and practices can start you down the path of awareness, choice and possibility. All are welcome.
