Amid the busyness of life, it’s easy to lose connection with yourself, physically, mentally, and emotionally. The Inner Reset is a 6-day summer retreat designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and restore your sense of balance from within.

Hosted in the peaceful setting of the Los Angeles Sivananda Center, this immersive experience blends gentle yoga, therapeutic movement, breathwork, and practical teachings drawn from classical yoga — all focused on improving rest, sleep, and overall well-being.

Through guided workshops and daily practices, you’ll explore how yogic tools like Yoga Nidra, mindful postures, breath awareness, and daily rhythms can help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and support truly restorative rest.

Whether you’re feeling drained, navigating life transitions, or simply seeking a meaningful pause, this retreat offers the space and guidance to reset gently, intentionally, and from the inside out.

No prior yoga experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to care for yourself in a deeper way.

This is a program of the Sivananda Institute of Health & Yoga. It offers guidance from the Five Points of Yoga in the Sivananda tradition and the Four Paths of Yoga.

This immersive course includes a 90-minute personal health review prior to the program (in person or via Zoom) and one-on-one mini-consultation at the conclusion. Follow-ups possible.
