Get a simple overview of normal joint anatomy and physiology. The discussion will cover most common causes of joint pain, causes for slow joint deterioration and degeneration, joint conditions and how to manage them to live your best life. We will dive deep into the infrastructure of our body, including the importance of maintaining good posture. We’ll look at the spine and how it’s different from your synovial joints, consider its normal functioning, with special emphasis on low back pain, and other spinal joint conditions and causes.
Learn practical lifestyle modifications and simple exercises and practices to keep your joints strong and flexible.
This workshop will be followed by an Asana Clinic for Joints/Spine/Heart at 4:00pm PDT.
