Positive thinking develops higher emotions like courage, love and contentment, which gradually substitute negative impulses like fear, anger, jealousy or impatience. Let sublime thoughts come to you from every side. Cultivate positive thoughts of strength, joy, contentment and cheerfulness. The negative thoughts will disappear.

Course topics:
Raja Yoga is the path of systematic control of the thoughts through working with the mind itself. Balance the negative with positive thoughts.
Karma Yoga techniques lead to selflessness and detachment.
– In Bhakti Yoga, we trust in the intelligence of the Supreme Being.
Jnana Yoga teaches of Vedanta, the path of Self-Enquiry.

This course offers many practical tools for empowering yourself, improving everyday life and achieving what you really want. It is also a very nice precursor or support for a meditation practice. The course is inspired and guided by Master Sivananda’s book Thought Power.

Positive Thinking 2 is offered as a 5-week course meeting consecutive Thursday evenings for 90 minutes each.
