Holistic Health Retreat: Cancer Wellness
Friday, July 18, 2025 – Sunday, July 20, 2025 PDT

With Swami Sivasankariananda
Attend this therapeutic weekend program as a residential retreat or come as a day guest.
Anyone can get cancer. The body changes. Moods change. Uncertainty causes stress. Maybe you feel isolated—or fearful. Yoga is emerging as one of the more successful methods of combating the physical/mental/spiritual discomfort of cancer and cancer treatment. Awareness of your activity, breath, food choices, nurture and relaxation are essential. Increase your confidence in what the body can do. Find your purpose again. Be a cancer thriver.
This is a program of the Sivananda Institute of Health & Yoga. It offers guidance from the 5 Points of Yoga in the Sivananda tradition and the 4 Paths of Yoga.
Includes a 90-minute personal health review prior to the program (in person or via Zoom) and one-on-one mini-consultations each day. Followups possible.
Swami Sivasankariananda (RYT500, C-IAYT) directs the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Los Angeles and is committed to bringing the therapeutic benefits of yoga to a wider population.
