- Food for Prana (Life-force Energy)

Cook along with us!
Join us from your kitchen, have some ingredients ready:
(The ingredients listed are purposefully vague, you may choose your favorite variety!)
- Water
- Grain (ie. rice, quinoa, millet, amaranth, etc.)
- Vegetables (about 2-3 different kinds)
- Oil (any oil *olive oil not recommended)
- Ginger root & Turmeric root (optional)
- Spices (optional)
- Tofu, Tempeh, Nuts, Seeds, Jackfruit
