With Lalitha Vaidyanathan
As we move into Vata season, the days get shorter and cooler and people have a tendency to fall sick with flu. And this year, it seems Covid is back. The wisdom of Ayurveda offers practical routines for managing the transition. So, slow down, adjust your spices, sip your teas, stay warm inside and out and make room for self-care. It is especially important to strengthen agni (digestive fire) at this time. If you do fall sick, there are simple Ayurvedic recommendations to flush out toxins and bring back your energy and balance.
