
Back Care Yoga Class

A Zoom link will be sent to online registrants within one hour of the workshop start time.
Consider your pelvic alignment and abdominal strength to support back health. Practice a slow, gentle Sivananda yoga class adapted to be safe for back challenges. We aim to strengthen the major muscles along the spine and increase the overall mobility of the spinal column. We’ll include hip mobility and hamstring stretches. Focus on concentration and relaxation.
Each person registering will need to complete a Student Agreement Form, which will be emailed as a fillable PDF. Be sure to return it to us before the class. (If you have taken class in person, or have a Mindbody account with us, we have your form on file.) If you have back pain due to surgery, please ask your doctor what practices/exercises are permitted.
