Learn ways to integrate the ancient practices of Ayurvedic medicine into your daily life for managing and improving mental health and wellness. From diet and lifestyle to herbal medicines and mantras, Ayurveda offers an abundance of tools for managing mental health. In this workshop, you’ll learn tools for managing depression, anxiety, processing trauma, navigating conflict in day-to-day life and so much more. Ayurveda offers a depth of healing knowledge that is invaluable to us in our modern day ways of living. Join us to learn tools to integrate into your life and to share with others.
 

Elana Berman is a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist (LCSW #73917), Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She provides individual therapy and somatic regulation sessions and is a facilitator of groups in which she teaches skills on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and on coping with the epidemic of loneliness and isolation. Her work includes mindfulness, breathing techniques and yoga. Her specialties include treatment and research of mood disorders, trauma, the relationship between trauma and physical ailments, treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and culturally-inclusive care.
