Join Sandhiya to prepare an Ayurvedic, fall-inspired meal, incorporating the six tastes—sweet, sour, salty, spicey, bitter, astringent. Assist her in cooking a completely balanced, nutritious and delicious meal using the principles of Ayurvedic nourishment with healing spices and organic seasonal bounty.
The full meal will include seasonal veggies, whole grains, healthy legumes and medicinal herbs and spices.

Sandhiya Ramaswamy is the founder of Alchemy Ayurveda. She is an Ayurveda practitioner, educator, chef and India retreat guide. She is a professional member of the National Ayurveda Medical Association at the Ayurvedic Doctor level. For the past 15 years, she has guided hundreds of clients, students, and members of the community to elevate their health and well-being through a holistic blend of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, spiritual retreats and the sacred art of cooking.
