Establish a regular practice with guidance. We’ll give you tips on Yogic breathing, which is the key to increase lung capacity, control the nervous system and keep the respiratory system healthy. You’ll notice that when the breath comes under control, so does the mind, and you experience more peace. Alternate nostril breathing is safe and healthy for all to practice. Beginners welcome. Starts Friday, March 20, 2020. We’ll meet at 8:00–8:30am and 5:00–5:30pm PST daily for 30 days. That’ll give you a jump start!
