It is believed that it takes 21 days to make a new habit, so join us and get established in this simple and graceful practice.

We will guide you through every step of this exercise and so no prior experience is necessary to join this challenge. Besides being considered as a great warm up exercise for Asanas, this can be a complete exercise in itself.

This exercise is great for people that have a busy schedule and have only 21 mins in the day for a work out.
