WITH ISHWARA
Listen to your body, boost your energy, bring positive challenge to your yoga practice. Following the structure of a classic Sivananda yoga class, variations will be woven in as options for deeper practice. Expect longer holds and a deeper practice. This class is not meant for complete beginners, however, you do not have to consider yourself an advanced practitioner to participate.
Ishwara is a longtime Sivananda Yoga teacher and currently teaches weekly at the LA Center. He took his Yoga Teacher Training Course with Swami Vishnudevananda in 1976.
