Headstand Workshop

Learn how to master one of the most important yoga postures. The Headstand (Sirshasana) is called “The King of Asanas” because it has profound psychic, physical, and psychological effects, including strengthening the circulatory and respiratory systems and getting an increased oxygen supply to the brain.

This workshop is a combination of theory and practice. You will learn how to come in to the asana, how to hold the asana with proper alignment and how to come out of the asana—working with balance rather than strength, variations, and much more.

The headstand workshop is open to beginners, and to all who wish to learn and to improve their headstand.

Emphasis is on individual attention.
