Experience the uplifting energy of yoga at the beach, where the fresh ocean breeze, healing sunlight, and soothing rhythm of the waves enhance your practice. Surrounded by nature, you can breathe more deeply, calm the mind, and replenish your prana—the vital energy that promotes health, balance, and well-being.
Meet us on the grass near Life Guard Stand #25, beside the Ocean Park Playground in Santa Monica. Park at the beach for $15 or in Public Parking on Hart Ave or Ocean Park Blvd or on Main Street. (Or come to the Center early and drive with us.) Bring a yoga mat, water, sun screen and a hat.
