Any loss can spark feelings of grief, even the loss of a dream. We must gradually find the courage to remain in the present moment, accept and bear the unbearable.
Engage in inner work, group work, mutual sharing and yoga practices to support personal healing. Enjoy one-on-one sharing. Let go deeply.
