ONLINE Sweet Afternoon Snacks

Recharge yourself with a nourishing afternoon boost of prana-filled refreshments and snacks.
Join us in creating deliciously cooling, grounding and energizing afternoon sweets.
We will make simple and tasty sweet treats you can replicate easily, including sweet water, nut-milk, smoothies, and raw cookie-dough bites. Substitutions are encouraged!
Please have your kitchen clean and items (listed below) ready.
Pre-soak (overnight) 2 cups of any nut or seed of your choice (ie. almonds)
o sweet spices (ie. cardamom, cinnamon, etc.)
o fresh basil/mint/lavender (optional)
o fresh edible flowers (optional)
o sweetener (ie. Maple syrup, rose syrup, agave, stevia, etc.)
o fresh berries (optional)
o cucumber
o dried fruit (ie. dates, raisins, etc.)
