Are you ready for a healthy and inspiring personal retreat? Looking for a change in your life? Ready to deeply learn how a well-balanced “yogic lifestyle” can successfully impact and transform your day-to-day life? Or do you practice yoga already and feel inspired for the next level? We care about what’s motivating you and your sense of wellbeing throughout your stay.
Together we will experience first-hand the 5-part classical Sivananda yoga system of a
balanced life (which has been in development and practiced successfully for over 5,000
years by millions of people worldwide). It includes effective exercise, breathing, meditation, deep relaxation, and a healthy diet along with clarity on how to sustain a positive approach to life.
We find that Yoga classes in this retreat are best at a slower pace, including an in-depth introduction to the postures (asanas) one by one with their unique benefits, plus demonstrations and adaptations just for you. You will receive personal and sensitive guidance from our skilled teachers. All levels of experience and health conditions are warmly welcomed. There are two yoga sessions a day: morning and early evening. Students report they experience increased vitality, perspective, and sense of accomplishment after these special customized yoga sessions.
Each day begins and ends with Satsang; we come together for relaxing guided meditations, inspirational chanting and thought-provoking talks on health and lifestyle. All meals are deliciously vegetarian and freshly prepared onsite with love and care. This retreat is a commitment to yourself to enhance and deepen your life experience.
