Yoga Weekend for Beginners
Friday, March 28, 2025 – Sunday, March 30, 2025 PDT
WITH SWAMISIVASANKARIANANDA
IN PERSON OR ONLINE
Online registrants will receive a Zoom link on the start day of the retreat.
Yoga is the oldest system of self-development in the world encompassing body, mind and spirit. The ancient yogis had a profound understanding of our essential nature and of what we need to live in harmony and understanding with ourselves and our environment. Yoga provides a method for maintaining the balance between the body and mind. In fact, health is based on discipline of the mind and body. Over this weekend, learn the yoga postures, breathing exercises and theory step by step. No experience necessary.
