Build a Spa Day for yourself. Here are the components to choose from:
• A talk on Ayurveda with Meng Gong from 1:00–3:00pm
• A one-hour abhyanga (nurturing warm herbed oil massage) by appointment
• A yoga class from 9:00–10:30am or 4:00–6:00pm
• Healthy vegetarian meal at 12:00 or 6:00pm
